Everyone should be able to use this site and reach us. Here is what we do, and how to get help if something is in your way.
What we aim for
We build this site to WCAG 2.0 Level AA. That means readable text and colour contrast. Keyboard navigation. Labelled forms. Clear headings. Text alternatives for images. We test as we make changes. We treat access as part of doing the work, not an add-on.
We know we are not perfect
Parts of this site run on tools we do not fully control. Those include property search, maps, scheduling and listing data feeds. Some may not meet the same standard yet. We are honest about that. If you hit a barrier, on our pages or in a tool we use, tell us. We will find another way to get you what you need.
How to get help or give feedback
You may have trouble using part of this site. You may need information in another format. Large print, plain text, a phone walkthrough, or an in-person conversation. Contact us and we will accommodate you promptly.
