That data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by CREA, the listing brokerage, or us. Listings are the property of their respective brokerages and are shown courtesy of the source. Trademarks such as REALTOR®, MLS®, and their associated logos are owned or controlled by CREA and identify real estate professionals who are members of CREA.

Text message (SMS) terms

These terms apply if you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text.

Who sends them. The Ken Small Real Estate Team, operating under Century 21 First Canadian Corp., Brokerage.

What we send. Messages about buying or selling a home. An answer to your question, a time for a call, or an update you asked for. We do not send anything else.

How often. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier sets those, not us.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. Reply HELP for help, or call (226) 271-1140. You can also click the unsubscribe link in any email.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy. No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Agreeing to texts is never required. You can say no and still work with us.

Third-party links and tools

This site links to and uses third-party services — scheduling, maps, search, and analytics. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. A link to another website does not mean we endorse it or are affiliated with it.
